Definitions

“OnTheMarket Software” is defined as three of our products: TecLet, TecCRM and TecHub. Not all products will be suitable for all businesses so for clarity “OnTheMarket Software” relates to the products that are applicable to your business.

“The agent” is defined as the business that is signing up for the services and products provided by OnTheMarket Software.

“Customer” is defined as the agent and business that is signing up to the six month free trial of the OnTheMarket Software product suite.

Offer Eligibility:

1.1 This offer is valid for new customers only. To be eligible for the six months of free OnTheMarket Software, you must sign up during the promotional period ending on 30 June 2024. Existing customers or those who have previously used OnTheMarket Software are not eligible for this offer.

Duration of the Free Period:

2.1 This offer entitles new customers to six months free usage for one or more of the following OnTheMarket Software products only: TecLet, TecCRM and/or TecHub from the date of a contract agreement.

OnTheMarket Membership:

3.1 To activate six months free OnTheMarket Software, the agent must agree and sign up to three months of free membership with OnTheMarket. The free membership with OnTheMarket will be activated simultaneously with the start of the six months free OnTheMarket Software period.

Activation and Usage:

4.1 Upon completing a successful registration and onboarding process, which contributes to the duration of the six-month complimentary period, the customer’s access to the free OnTheMarket Software will be initiated. Throughout these six months, the customer will experience unrestricted access to the comprehensive array of features and functionalities that the OnTheMarket Software provides. Ensuring the precision and currency of the information submitted during the registration and onboarding phases is the sole responsibility of the customer.

OnTheMarket Software Services:

5.1 The six month free period will include onboarding, migration, full product training, and integrations with other compatible systems. The customer will have access to the latest updates and improvements made to the software during this period.

12-Month Contract Agreement:

6.1 By agreeing to the six month free trial of OnTheMarket Software, the customer also commits to a 12-month contract agreement. The first six months of this contract will be provided free of charge as part of this offer. The customer may give three months’ notice to terminate their contract at any point during the 12-month billing period.

Termination of Services:

7.1 All customers are required to sign up for the 12-month contract agreement to obtain the initial six months free of charge. As outlined in the “12-Month Contract Agreement” section, the termination process is subject to the notice period specified therein. Customers must provide three months’ notice to terminate their contract.

Intellectual Property Rights:

8.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to OnTheMarket Software and its associated services, remain the property of the respective owners. The customer shall not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the software without explicit written permission from OnTheMarket Software.

Limitation of Liability:

9.1 OnTheMarket shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the OnTheMarket Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Other Terms:

10.1 This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional or discount offers.

10.2 OnTheMarket Software reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

10.3 By participating in this offer, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

By availing this offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not proceed with the registration for OnTheMarket Software.

OnTheMarket Software reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
